Formada em 1983 em Alberta (Canada), Beyond Possession durou até 89 tendo um reencontro da banda em 96. A banda lançou esse EP "TELL TALE HEART" em 85 e o LP "IS THIS BEYOND POSSESSION" em 86, além de participar de 2 coletaneas: "THRASHER SKATE ROCK vol. 3" e "COMPLETE DEATH".
Este EP contem ótimos riffis, guitarras marcantes e um vocal apaixonado, tornando esse álbum maravilhoso. Destaque para as faixas "Skater's Life" e "Tell Tale Heart."
