Attitude Adjustment é uma banda americana de hardcore/crossover de São Francisco. Em 1986 eles criaram um deus hardcore com o play "American Paranoia", sendo considerado um "crossover" entre hardcore e thrash metal, esse álbum é uma maravilha em todos os sentidos e de cabo à rabo!
A banda já dividiu o palco com diversas outras renomadas da cena punk e hardcore como Sacrilege, Dr. Know, RKL, Suicidal Tendencies, D.R.I., UK Subs, Exploited, Discharge, entre outras muitas.
Minhas faixas preferidas são "Hunger and Poverty" e a que dá o título ao play, "American Paranoia".
